How to Face Fear

Fear is powerful, and in times of crisis, it can feel debilitating.

But fear is also natural. On the path to spiritual freedom, we learn how to surrender to natural mechanisms as we dissolve the ego self which unconsciously and needlessly triggers these old responses.

If there are people in your life feeling a lot of fear, I encourage you to share this video with them.

  1. I've read through your contact page multiple times and am not seeing a form or an email address or any kind of call to action on where to actually send you a message/question. Is communication limited to blog comments only?

  2. Thank you very much for the work you have done and continue to do. As I am doing the ego work, I have found myself coming back to your site again and again when I need grounding in this experience or am struggling to find the answers elsewhere. I shared this video with every person on my facebook list, in hopes that it might help at least a few people find a measure of peace. Thank you.
